What is the return window?
Return or exchange any undamaged pair within 30 days of delivery. The shoes need to be returned with original packaging and in unworn condition.
How do I start a return / exchange?
Log in → Orders → “Return / Exchange,” print the prepaid label, drop it at any listed courier.

What if the fit feels off?
We’ll swap for another size for free. If it still doesn’t work, you’ll receive a full refund.
How long does it take to process the refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
Do you really recycle worn-out pairs?
Yes—send them back when it’s worn out (with damage to the lattice structure) and get 10 % credit toward your next order. We grind the mono-material and remake it into other industrial products like running track. Please contact info@fitasy.ai to arrange your trade-in.

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.

Domestic (USA) Delivery: 3-5 days. International delivery timeline will depend on the courier option selected. A real-time ETA shows before payment.

Yes. The lattice structure provides 360° airflow and quick-dry performance.
Are they waterproof?
The Stride is not waterproof due to the lattice structure, however, its super easy to clean and dries very quickly. We are hoping to be able to offer waterproof models in the future.
How do I care for my shoes?
Rinse with warm water & mild soap, then air-dry. Avoid soaking > 24 h or exposing to direct sun / high heat > 48 h to protect the PU lattice.

How should I wear my Fitasy shoes?
Wear it any time, anywhere! Fitasy shoes designed to support your lifestyle—whether you’re focusing on physical recovery after a workout, standing all day, walking through the city, or enjoying light training or water-friendly activities.
For shorter periods, it’s perfectly fine to wear them without socks—they’re breathable, soft, and skin-friendly. However, if you are going to wear it all day, we recommend wearing it with socks on or with a heel pad. This helps protect your skin from friction at the edges, especially during extended walking or standing.

Yes, our shoe boxes are made of 100 % recyclable paper and are printed with water-based inks.

We use digital light projection (DLP) technology, which is laser based, allowing for higher precision printing and flexibility in the material’s elasticity.
How long does it take to print per pair?
On average, it takes a couple of hours to print a pair. It’s then followed by adding finishing touches and going through quality assurance inspections.

Why is the lattice structure better than the traditional foam mid-sole?
Traditional foam is uniform while lattice structure promotes zone-by-zone support of the foot, which contains thousands of nerve endings essential for sensing, balance, for soft landings and springy toe-off. Think of a traditional foam mattress with limited support structure, compared to a modern memory foam or high density pocket-spring mattress that supports your body throughout, via a high number of points.
How is my data protected?
We collect only what we need (size, order info, etc). All data is encrypted and stored on servers.
Do you share data with third parties?
Never. Data is used solely to fulfill orders and improve service in anonymized form.
Is payment info secure?
