Do you offer half sizes?

Return window?
Return or exchange any undamaged pair within 30 days of delivery. The shoes need to be returned with original packaging and in unworn condition.
How do I start a return / exchange?
Log in → Orders → “Return / Exchange,” print the prepaid label, drop it at any listed courier.
What if the fit feels off?
We’ll swap for another size for free. If it still doesn’t work, you’ll receive a full refund.
How long does it take to process the refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
Do you really recycle worn-out pairs?
Yes—send them back when it’s worn out (with damage to the lattice structure) and get 10 % credit toward your next order. We grind the mono-material and remake it into other industrial products like running track. Please contact info@fitasy.ai to arrange your trade-in.

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
How long does it take to deliver?
Domestic (USA) Delivery: 3-5 days. International delivery timeline will depend on the courier option selected. A real-time ETA shows before payment.

Material used?
High-rebound PU (polyurethane) printed in a single uninterrupted run—no glue, no waste—yielding a lattice that tunes cushioning zone-by-zone.
Breathability?
Open-lattice geometry provides 360° airflow and quick-dry performance, similar to adidas Climacool shoes that use full-foot ventilation and drainage ports for rapid moisture release .
Water use?
Not waterproof but water-friendly: the lattice drains quickly, making them ideal for beach, boat, or light water activities.
Care instructions?
Rinse with warm water & mild soap, then air-dry. Avoid soaking > 24 h or exposing to direct sun / high heat > 48 h to protect the PU lattice.
Wide widths?
Launch models are regular width; wider/narrower fits are planned—join the newsletter for updates.
How should I wear my Fitasy shoes?
Fitasy shoes like Stride and our other sneakers are designed to support your lifestyle—whether you’re recovering after a workout, standing all day, walking through the city, or enjoying light training or water-friendly activities.
For short-duration use, it’s perfectly fine to wear them without socks—they’re breathable, soft, and skin-friendly.
However, for longer wear, we recommend pairing them with socks or a heel pad. This helps protect your skin from friction at the edges, especially during extended walking or standing.
Fitasy shoes are crafted for versatility, comfort, and style—but your comfort also depends on how you wear them!
What printing technology do you use?
High-speed resin-based SLA/DLP printing technology.
Print time per pair?
Full print ranges between 1.5-5 hours depending on the product; full production (print + finish + QA) is 5 – 7 days.

What is a lattice structure in footwear?
A 3-D web of struts whose geometry varies across the shoe to absorb impact and propel you forward.
Why lattice over foam?
Foam is uniform; lattice lets us tune cushioning zone-by-zone for soft landings and springy toe-off. EVA foam is soft and flexible at first, but can quickly become 'dead foam', while 3D printed lattices are designed to maintain the cushioning over time even under repeated stress.
