You can return or exchange any undamaged standard-sized pair within 30 days of delivery. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn condition.

Custom-fit shoes are not eligible for refunds. However, if they do not feel as comfortable as expected, we offer a complimentary second scan and reprint to help improve the fit. If you’re still not satisfied, please contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

If your standard-sized shoes don’t fit quite right, we’ll exchange them for another size free of charge. If the new size still doesn’t work, you can return them for a full refund.

Yes. We are in the process of setting up a shoe recycling program that allows worn-out pairs (for example, shoes with damage to the lattice structure) to be responsibly reused or recycled. When the time comes, contact our support team and we’ll provide a free return shipping label so you can easily send them back.As a thank-you for participating, you’ll receive a 15% voucher for your next Fitasy purchase.

Once we receive a sufficient number of returned pairs, they will be processed to recover and reuse materials where possible. 

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. 

For standard-sized shoes,  it takes 3-5 days to ship in the U.S.A. and international delivery timeline will depend on the courier option selected. A real-time ETA shows before payment. For custom-fit shoes, it takes 7-10 business days to prepare for shipping. 

Standard shipping is free on orders of USD 150 or more. 

Yes. A tracking link and milestone emails and SMS arrive once your pair leaves the print hub.

For deliveries to the U.S., Europe, and U.K, the price at checkout is inclusive of all duties. For deliveries outside of these markets, any local taxes payable will be shown at checkout.

Yes. The lattice structure provides 360° airflow and quick-dry performance.

The Stride is not waterproof due to the lattice structure, however, it is water “friendly” meaning that it’s a great choice for the beach, on a boat, or to the swimming pool as it dries out very quickly. It’s super easy to clean and dries very quickly. We are hoping to be able to offer waterproof models in the future.  

Rinse with warm water & mild soap, then air-dry. Avoid soaking for long,  or exposing to direct sun or  high heat for a prolonged period of time to protect the PU lattice.

Wear it any time, anywhere! Fitasy shoes designed to support your lifestyle—whether you’re focusing on physical recovery after a workout, standing all day, walking through the city, or enjoying light training or water-friendly activities. 

For shorter periods, it’s perfectly fine to wear them without socks—they’re breathable, soft, and skin-friendly. However, if you are going to wear it all day, we recommend wearing it with socks on or with a heel pad. This helps protect your skin from friction at the edges, especially during extended walking or standing.

They are fully recyclable since the shoes are made of a single material, which enables full recyclability, and more efficiency.  We grind and re-melt the material for other industrial goods or consumer products.  

We use digital light projection (DLP) technology, which is laser based, allowing for higher precision printing and flexibility in the material’s elasticity.

On average, it takes a couple of hours to print a pair. It’s then followed by adding finishing touches and going through quality assurance inspections.

Traditional foam is uniform while lattice structure promotes zone-by-zone support of the foot, which contains thousands of nerve endings essential for sensing, balance, for soft landings and springy toe-off. Think of a traditional foam mattress with limited support structure, compared to a modern memory foam or high density pocket-spring mattress that supports your body throughout, via a high number of points.

Custom-fit shoes may provide greater comfort for people with foot conditions such as bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, high arches, and similar differences.You are welcome to place an order and scan your feet and if our team determines that we are unable to accommodate your needs, we will let you know and issue a full refund.

However, Fitasy shoes are not medical devices. If you have a serious health condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before purchasing.
